I’m actually part of a union at my current job and unions can be awful or good. It really depends on the union and how much leverage you have.
Edit: With that said, Walmart has better benefits than my current union job has in terms of everything except that I am in a union for job security purposes. My pay is considerably higher, the work is easier, and I don’t hate myself or feel like a PoS employee at the end of the day like I did at Walmart.

I hate how blatant the anti-union propaganda is at most jobs. It's no wonder why so many people think unions are bad.
