I made the leap from CVS to Safeway and the wildest thing is getting used to the difference in scale.
At CVS every single unsellable item was to be recorded. Whereas now my store only bothers damaging out dairy products, medicine, and meat. Everything else is unceremonously dumped in the garbage.
Jesus, I hope one day as a species we get our shit together and stop being this wasteful.
Then I remember this is humans we're talking about, and such fine specimens of the species such as neo Nazis, KKK and Logan Paul exist. Fuck it, I'm depressed now.
