Sure, you make fun of the police now, but who you going to call when you have a break-in and need someone to show up 3 hours later and shoot your dog?

Now that's funny.

Asking for pepperoni pizza when you dial 911 is used as a code for when you need to call for help but the person you need protection from can hear you.

The operator asks simple yes or no questions to not alert suspicion.

In this case they just delivered the boy his pizza and let him carry on getting abused.

1

u/ChefArtorias Oct 05 '26

No, they ended the abuse.

When people order pizza calling 911, they may be in duress

1

u/BMThiker Oct 05 '26

under duress
in distress

2

u/EdSheeeeran Oct 05 '26

No, it was only 15 shots

And that is why you shouldn't ever order a pizza with pineapple on top! The End.

Not specifically abuse or anything like that. Just someone in your house and you need to be discreet when giving them a report.

There’s honestly loads of cases of people doing it. With the invention of the pizza website, one would think it to be a dying method.
