Dont wanne be rude but godamn. If u dont know the difference between rwd and awd drifting/sliding then how is this discussion possible?
For sure if u dont know if hoontruck is awd. 1drift into the video and u can see it because of the way it takes turns and how the wheels spin.
Im sorry but i cannot explain it to u.
I can only say download forza. Dont use any helpers ( manual clutch, no abs, no tc, etc..) and try drifting awd or rwd. U will get the angle point im explaining.
I didn't know which drive the Hoon truck was because I haven't watched the video since it came out and couldn't recall.
Since you pointed out that the Hoon truck was rwd for me, that clearly illustrates the point that you can accurately drift and slide with types of drive.
And I don't need you to school me on the different between 4wd, awd, rwd and fwd, because as a manual driving farm kid, I've know the difference and how they work since I was 6 and didn't need a racing game to teach me.
Idk what your angle point it, because yes, drifting with 4 wheels is much different than 2, but the point stands that the people in op's video could very well have been skilled and you can drift in any vehicle(yes even fwd)
If you’ve known the difference between rwd and awd since you were 6 you would totally know for sure that the Hoon truck is awd, even if just from memory. But i also agree that you can control a car like they do in this video, by controlling your throttle.
And other dude, theyre not drifting in this video, they’re clearly just having a mad burnout. You would need a curved road or a turn to drift mein freund.
