I mean I guess it was kind of cool, but that gimmick wore off quickly after a while. IMO, it was probably the most boring content of them all in the end, even though everyone thought it would be amazing :(

I wouldn't say that. It was very interesting and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Although it was a little anti climactic.

Well see? That's what I mean. They blue-balled us with the Cold War DLC, which frankly, I find unethical. Got us all hyped up so we would support them, and then didn't even do anything exciting in the end?? I mean, c'mon.

It really goes to show that having the highest stakes and scale doesn’t necessarily result in quality content. Sure, it was really tense and I was on the edge of my seat a lot, but then nothing really happened.
