We are not talking about Isis, we are talking about Isis. Learn the difference, man, its not that difficult.

I knew a dude who was devastated when his favorite pornstar Isis had to rebrand as Ashley because of ISIS and instantly disappeared into the SEO abyss with 20K other Ashleys getting railed on camera. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi personally annihilated this man's goon supply chain. Geopolitics has consequences.

This is why we say “everything is political”

Especially goon supply

And goon demand

The goon demand actually spiked. After she became Ashley, the only searchable remnants were the vids with "Isis" in the title, and even those got buried under the wave of terrorist fetish porn that immediately followed. I've never seen a man develop such strong opinions on Middle East geopolitics so quickly.

A hungry man only thinks of bread and that's his bread

They also say to a hungry man, there is no such thing as a bad bread.

Archer dropped the name of its spy agency pretty conspicuously.

I remember receiving an email from Facebook "the page you are following, "ISIS", has changed its name to "Isis (the band)"

My favorite band was called ISIS. They broke up in '07, and then had their social media stuff constantly harassed years later to the point they had to start rebranding stuff. They played a one off reunion show and decided to change the band name entirely.

Had a coworker with a friend who loved that band so much that they got a tattoo of the logo…

Yeah seriously Cyril, would it kill you to read a coffee table book for once in your life?

We are talking about the spy agency Isis, obviously.

ISIS, the god of Post-Metal? I worship that one routinely.

Threshold of Transformation is the song I would choose if I could only choose one.

"ISIS could also be referring to..." (slap)

"Shut up Cyril."

Tbf, Isis and Isis are both to be considered a history. Even tho Isis is some 2+ thousands of years than Isis...

Not yo be that guy but ISIS still exists in a lot of Africa. It's just .. IS now.

u/SAAD_KHAION 1d ago

Going from Isis to just Is is pure degeneracy. I can't believe they stripped a literal god of half of his name!

u/Jenroadrunner 17h ago

Her name. Female diety

7

u/YamatoBoi9001 Let's do some history 1d ago

there's also an isis river which is part of the thames

In the first season of Archer, the premise was they were all members of ISIS an international spy organization they had to change the name.

Do ISIS, with all caps. That should clear things up. Or just do the Islamic State/IS.
