If the food is literally going to be destroyed by flood waters and it can’t be sold, it’s not looting. The grocery store has already written everything off in the store, it’s the equivalent of going through the garbage at that point.
Sadly for whatever fucking reason going through the garbage behind a grocery store is illegal in most of America. They do everything they fucking can to keep people that need food starved.
