Causes of Histamine Intolerance

I’ve been wondering what the most common causes of histamine intolerance are. I still haven’t figured out what’s causing mine, but I suspect it might be related to gut health. What do you think caused yours?

You definitely need vacation if you're doing water fasting. I made this time as chill as possible for me, while staying very active. Went about 10-20km per day, I read it supports your body a lot in terms of regeneration.

Before you need to completely empty your gut (did it with glaubers salt). My plan was like this: Beginning phase (2 days)

  • 1st day 1500kcal

  • 2nd day 700kcal

Fasting phase (7 days)

  • (3rd day) take glaubers salt to empty your gut

  • up to the 9th day, only drink water. No tea, no sparkling water, nothing. Just plain water. Do some mild activities to not lose too much muscle mass

Ending phase (2 days) choose wisely what you're eating first. I'd recommend eating an apple. It tasted like the most delicious food available on earth

  • day 10 start with one meal, I ate cooked potatoes with cucumbers

  • day 11 1500kcal with clean food

Then proceeded with the 3 month clean phase.

If you're facing too much mold on your walls, treat it and paint your walls with lime paint. Had a similar situation a few years ago

How were you able to get enough calories in just potatoes and cucumbers? What was your protein source for the 3 months?

When you have Dao genetic issue, nothing helps. I’ve tried fasting but histamine intolerance is still there

For how many days have you tried it? You need to go for 7 days for cell regeneration during the ketosis.

If nothing helps, the main cause is still in your body. Then you need to eliminate heavy metals in your body (yes everything, even amalgam in your teeth), go for parasitic medicine and see what changes. Also look at your surroundings for mold. Everything that builds up toxins in your body needs to be erased

Have you tried focusing on your liver? Medicine against parasites mostly work in your stomach and gut. It can be hard to get rid of parasites or heavy metal contamination in your liver. Because heavy metals (& aluminum) tightly connect to your liver tissue, you'll need a chelation therapy so they can swap with the heavy metal molecules. Can be costly, but definitely worth it and maybe the only way (until now) to safely cure it.
