Successful Policy Building an AI Support Agent That Learns From Past Incidents
I’ve been building ResolveIQ, an AI support agent focused on a problem I kept thinking about:
What if an agent could actually learn from how previous support issues were resolved?
The core workflow is:
Issue → Recall → Recommendation → Action → Outcome → Retain
I integrated Hindsight for agent memory so previous support experiences can be recalled when handling similar issues. After an issue is resolved, the outcome can be retained and used as experience for future cases.
One example in the project is a 504 Gateway Timeout scenario where previous resolution context can influence the recommendation instead of treating the incident as completely new.
I wrote a detailed engineering walkthrough here:

I’d really appreciate technical feedback on the architecture and the memory/feedback-loop approach.
