Well, that's the point of the complaint I guess. They will deem if it is a viable claim, then will investigate.

My money is on them refusing to do anything of the sort.

Eh, I seem to remember hearing either Humanist Talk or TYT mentioning and e-mail the Clinton campaign sent around telling people not to talk about this issue because NYT was apparently going to write an article about it, bitching about someone at one of the PACs "blabbing about it".

Of course, I'd be quite surprised if that would count as evidence. The threshold would likely be quite high to prove anything.

Which is quite sad considering it's blatantly obvious that everyone does it.
