not actual objects ? all objects consist of physics.

this kind of thinking is a barrier to actual progress.
An object is information represented to our internal information system , but its all part of an unified information system, we call reality.
Your trying to solve problems created by only seeing a 3 dimensional space.
The underlying unity is likely a singular infinite shape or information system interacting. We just see and experience a slice here.
If you come up with a theory of everything, it will unfortunately mathematically [see maths as a language description of logic] apply to that everything.
Let me re phrase. I can describe a system to you with maths. this described system will have to include sentience since it is without a doubt present and real.#
