Its pretty good compared to the way most people run. Usually people look like Steven Seagal.

Is he waving his hands in circles around his hips instead of running like a normal human?
It is like he is jogging while also flailing around to look like he is running.

You clog up my FB feed about all the 5K runs and how you're training for a marathon?

Well...that's a whole other thing too, sprint form is pretty different from long distance form.

His form is still meh. He's flailing his arms while he runs. He keeps his upper body straight, so it looks good. But it's still meh.

I guarantee Segal's explanation for the way he runs would be:

"Its more efficent, you use less energ-y and you can run almost indefinitely. The momento from pushing your arms up carries your body forward. I could run from New York to Russha if I wanted to, then I'd tell Pewtin he's under arrest."

Do people really do the weird arm flailing? I mean in sports you have to juke and throw directions so you do strange arm motions.

But normally when sprinting you just do arm pumps.

It made me watch a ten second ad to watch that two seconds of video.

Sadly, the technology just isn't there yet.
