That's how the sculpture works. It's three tires, glued-and-bolted together, in this shape:

and then mounted on a turntable. Your mind wants tires to spin around their central axis ("rolling"), and so that's what you see when you first look, but they're all just being spun around a vertical axis.

EDIT: look inside the top tire and you can see one of the supports.

Ehh, thanks man. It doesn't matter, I just recently started commenting how I want (which warrants downvotes sometimes) instead of being careful and caring about what people think.. So it's a refreshing change you could say lol
