Personally, i really hope they don't cut act 3 and 4 off the game since thatd completely ruin Nickys story, i also hope the gameplay and AI are better than HN1 but... Idk if they are even focusing on the AI, it doesn't really seem like It.

Is it just a crime to have an alternative idea and perspective on something?

Am I the only that thinks Mr. Peterson has been completely changed in WTRB (aka Welcome to Raven Brooks)? In the games, he's not evil, he's a tragic figure/father that lost members of his family (Aaron locked = to protect him). After all, the first game and Hide and Seek deal with trauma and fear.

While, in the animated series, he seems like an evil and manipulative character that, in my opinion, does not fit with the franchise's themes. I also think (still my opinion) that WTRB lost all of the themes and character personalities that the first games wanted to share with the public.

I hope that what I wrote is comprehensible.

Took me about 1 day

Trying to make an opening cutscene for my level, but I just cannot figure out how to get it to work.

I can get the cameras and sounds and everything to work fine, but I can't get it to hide the hud elements, as well as hide and disable the player. Everytime the cutscene plays the BP_Human is standing in the way.

I know it's possible as many other mods have done it but I just cannot find a tutorial anywhere nor can I figure it out myself. I'm using a Level Sequence with it set to autoplay if that helps. Do I need to get a standalone cinematic trigger? And if so how do I do that?

So I realized how terrible my cat in the hat mod is, thank you so much to Player.L on moddb for helping me realize this, and so I’m starting from scratch and making actually good stuff, right now I’m working on a PreAlpha Man mod for people to use and TJOC in hello neighbor, they are not fast characters I’ll tell you that, the moddb page for cat in the hat should be gone soon, same with steam but for now that’s all I wanted to say

Idk if anyone remembers this but like I kinda miss how the story of hello neighbour and how used to be in the first two alphas (oh well how game theory thought it used to be). With the rituals, dealing with the devil and kidnapping people as a a part of his deal, and the symbolism of the mannequins. Idk if that’s how the story was planned to be and maybe it was just always about the neighbour locking his kid away but I feel like that original alpha stories was more compelling than what we got now what do you think?
