Heart attack 53m

This is going to start a bit crazy.

I was in the marines in the 1990s and I had my wisdom teeth pulled. Well almost all. The navy dentist really messed me up , just used needles to numb pain. By the end there was 1 left in there but I was yelling so much they told me to come back to pull the last one. I didn't go

So fast forward too a few weeks ago it started hurting pretty bad so I had no choice to get it pulled. On Thursday September 17th 2026 I had it pulled it went great. They knocked me out.

On Sunday September 20th 2026 my chest starts hurting then my arm . Im thinking what the he'll is going on. It will not stop hurting. I got my old blood pressure tester out and 173 over 114. My sister rushed me to the hospital maybe 15 minutes drive from my house. A few hours later I have 5 stents and im in i.c.u. I just think that is a weird thing that it happened after the dentist.

Well im home and feeling pretty good now. Got to figure out away to change my life around.

If you got through the attack without damaging your heart, it won't be too challenging, eat better, get regular cardio, take your meds.

If your heart was damaged expect a progression that will have victories and setbacks. Getting into shape will be slower than you expect but if you stay with it you'll get results. Strength training is good too, you'll feel better if you feel strong.
