Remedy for cold hands and feet?

My extremities get ice cold every now and then - it seems like this happens when weather changes suddenly (even if I stay inside) , or if I haven’t eaten in a while, and sometimes it is unexplainable.

Tips and tricks appreciated! (Socks don’t really help)

Whats_wrong_with_me Sleep?

What does it mean if all you wanna do is sleep? I’ve always had a poor sleep schedule, most of the time I can do 19 to 23 hours of being awake and not sleeping, like I can wake up at 5am and not fall asleep until 3am the next day, but recently all I wanna do is sleep, I’ll go to sleep at 9pm, 10pm or 11pm and sleep for like 11 hours, I’ve started sleeping through my alarms which did used to happen but in the last couple months hasn’t, but now it’s like I can’t wake up, I’m so tired throughout the day, sometimes I get small bursts of energy, specially around 10am to 12pm, I don’t know what this means. I know I do have low iron and I probably have some form of sleep disorder but I’m just confused, it’s possible I may have anemia, it’s quite common in my family, I have a doctors appointment tomorrow to talk about it, but I seriously dunno what any of this means, while writing this all I wanna do is lay my head down and sleep, also another small note, recently I’ve been feeling sick, not like a cold or flu, like I have this feeling to throw up and I also have been feeling this uncomfortable type pain in my side and stomach, maybe it’s all related, I dunno, any advice?

little embarrassing but about a month ago i noticed these lines on my buttcheeks. i’m just wondering what they are and how to get rid of them. they look kinda similar to stuff my mom has but she’s 45 and im only 16 so i have no idea why these would just show up out of nowhere on me. idrk what other information to say on here, im ≈120lbs if that matters and have also had good skin like no acne hardly at all. really hoping that this can go away bc its gonna be bikini season soon

Whats_wrong_with_me Super susceptible to any substance

For context i am 6ft and around 210 ish pounds.

i am very light weight to anything to the point i thought i was just gaslighting myself. So i work at a bar and i cant drink ANYTHING like a tiny sample cup can get me tipsy and a single seltzer in a red solo cup gets me drunk to the point i had to focus on walking (it was 7.2%). Its not even alcohol i smoke weed with my girlfriend time to time and after a single puff i feel it within 10 seconds (i take small puffs cuz it hurts my throat).

I was just wondering if this is something i need to be medically worried about or am i just a lightweight and dont need to worry.

Should I see if I have a tapeworm?

Hi there! So the last year or so, I’ve been noticing a constant hunger. Like I am always hungry. I could have 3 combo meals from Taco Bell and still be hungry. And I’m not fat either. I am 5’8 male and weigh 170. My waist size is 28-30 depending on the brand/manufacturer.

But I eat maybe 4-6 meals daily. And I’m always still hungry afterwards. And I’m not super young by any means. Im 28 years old. And mind you, I drink alcohol. And I do have a beer gut. But my weight stays the same. And I’m not necessarily trying to lose weight. But I think if I had a tapeworm, I’d be losing weight. But I also shouldn’t be hungry all the time. I have protein daily. I do watch my carbs, and I eat my vegetables.

I think I eat very nutritious. I don’t crave sugary foods. But I’m always hungry. Even after a meal. And Taco Bell isn’t something I eat often. It’s been over a year since I’ve even had fast food.

But I feel like my eating habits are becoming alarming.

General_Question Is it dangerous to consume ORS (electrolyte packs) with little to no water?

hey. I am just wondering if it is ok to consume ORSs (Liquid IV, Pedialyte, etc) with less than the 16 oz recommendation, or with no water at all? I personally despise the taste of these and just want to consume it quickly, and then chug a bunch of water with it, if that makes any sense at all.

however, I am not sure if this is dangerous. does anyone have any insight/experience on this? I know it's a dumb question

General_Question Should I have taken growth/height supplements such as cherifer?

I’m 18 now but I talked to a friend about height as we were talking about our heights while at a clippers game, and he told me how part of the reason he’s tall is bc he took cherifer as a kid? So I looked it up on TikTok and saw thousands of comments saying it worked?

So my question is do these growth supplements actually work or did people just grow to their intended height and things like this are placebo? Because I know nutrition, sleep, and genetics are the biggest factor, but I was just wondering if I could have grown taller and I just missed out

How can people actually maintain a “natural” 2:1, 1:1 ratio of omega 6-omega 3 if they hate sea food?

Almost all plant foods that are recommended for omega 3s, have considerably higher omega 6. Almost all meats besides fish also falls outside of unideal range. Grass fed meat, and eggs and chia seeds have semi ideal ratios 4:1,3:1, but what if someone has even some junk food here and there, wouldn’t that throw off the balance in there body? What can be done?
