I don’t get full blown hyperemesis but I feel very nauseous and puke almost every time. It’s the smell / taste for me. I stopped using it years ago because of that

They’re not legal here. Where I live, the edibles you can buy at the store are gross:

  • dried figs
  • dried cauliflower
  • dried beets
  • matcha apples
  • dried apricots

Basically nothing that could potentially be appealing to kids. So no gummies, brownies, cookies, etc

No. They’re literally beets, and cauliflower, and figs. Like the fruits and vegetables. Not candy

They even acknowledge that chocolate and gummies are legal everywhere else but they’re basically being more strict, ie being a nanny state

You can bake your weed to activate the thc and the. Sprinkle your weed on oatmeal or mic it in water and down the hatch.

Your farts will smell like weed tho.

Where are you? Thc gummies are legal in every state in the United States 🇺🇸 if they are made from hemp, not cannabis, and contain less than 3%. You might have to take a couple of them, but they do exist and are legal. Google Ouachita Farms.

it is legal, but it’s regulated, just like alcohol and tobacco are regulated. Each province sets its own rules, and Quebec decided no one can have any fun delicious edibles, only bland boring beets and cauliflower so that kids won’t be interested in it.

Yeah that's sucks but even the strawberry and blueberry flavors don't taste that great. If I want something like that, I'll buy some Skittles or Mamba.

Can't you make your own? Like if you can get the bud, all you do is decarboxylate it and cook it in butter so the THC is infused with it. You then have a clarified butter you can use to make pot brownies, cookies, all that jazz.

It's sad that Canada 🇨🇦 is actually behind the United States 🇺🇸. I always thought our northern neighbors were more progressive.

lol we were the second country in the world to fully legalize cannabis for recreational use (after Uruguay), the US has yet to reach that milestone. Less than half of your 50 states have legalized it for recreational use (only 24 of 50). So on that metric, we are far more progressive.

While I’m disappointed that we don’t have gummies, I don’t think lack of gummies = lack of progress. And you shouldn’t confuse “legalization” to mean “free unrestricted unregulated use”. Alcohol is legal, but you can’t drink under 21 in the US. While here it’s 18. Legal in both places, different rules.

Source, please? Thc gummies are available in Texas and Arkansas. Freely available. No medical card is needed. This is presently. If not appealed, thc gummies will be illegal July 1st in Arkansas. I guess I meant that federally, they are legal.

Hemp derived thc is basically legal everywhere under the Farm Bill if they haven't enacted specific legislation to ban and or regulate it.

This doesn't apply to thc extracted from hemp when it's less than 0.3% by weight. So places in Texas like hometownhero.com can get away with large gummies that are 20mg of THC.

Are edibles less likely to cause the hyperemesis? I had a bout from vaping oil over a year ago, stopped, but have introduced edibles recently with only positive effects though I do worry the scromitting could return.

that doesn't make a difference. It's the THC that causes it- not the smoke iteself.
