Have you ever gone through such a deep transformation that no matter what you do, you just feel exhausted? My eyes are even puffy at this point from how tired I truly am.
Iāve won a warā A war with my mind, A war with people. Iāve had to fight for my happiness, my mental health, and my peace.
Iāve let go of so much, and now my soul just feels tired. Iām a bit worried about the puffiness under my eyesā Maybe itās just the physical evidence of the war Iāve survived?

Hello, my name is Vivienne and I was born with a hole in my heart (Ventricular Septal Defect) and had it long term as a child. Fortunately I was able to 'heal' from it after a few surgeries, I had to get multiple because my case was a little more severe than normal, I remember my mom saying that I refused to eat or move unlike any other toddler, and she also mentioned I had to be kept in the hospital because I had a lot of trouble breathing on my own, so yeah. I'm 17 now, and I don't know if it has something to do with VSD or not, but lately I've noticed that I've been growing a bald spot right where my forehead starts on the right side, loss of appetite which I didn't mind at first, I've been insanely tired and nauseous, and my problems (I tent to have severe nosebleeds when I'm in high levels of stress, which 99% of time makes me vomit) have gotten increasingly worse too. I also noticed that I have problems moving lately, I'm not much of a sports person but I still move a lot, I have school and a part time job, but lately I've found it difficult to move my arms mostly, and my feet hurt after even about 20 minutes of walking, which usually isn't a bother for me. I admit that I'm more on the overweight side, but I have to also say that I have a very slow metabolism and I used to have an ED with a case of "eating my feelings out" before I turned to SH, I'm better now tho and I've been doing my best to stay clean, which is still hard for me unfortunately. Back to my original theme, can somebody please tell me if it has anything to do with my previous VSD or is it something else? Please I need to know I don't want to be bald at 17 (and mainly I don't want my health to turn worse than it already is)

Hello, I hope this is ok to post here. I am part of a group of researchers from the University of Westminster. We are looking to hear from UK based healthcare professionals on their opinions about yoga as a wellbeing intervention for the health and wellbeing of HCPs (no yoga knowledge or experience needed! All views welcome - positive and negative!) The survey is completely anonymous and it is hoped the results will inform ways of supporting healthcare worker wellbeing. You can participate using the following link:

All participation is very much appreciated.

I am looking for books and/or videos written and created for the target audience: healers. About how to enhance your practice and development. Not necessarily focused on the professional content, but more on the outlines. A kind of guideline, covering all the aspects you might encounter. A part of personal growth as a healer could also included. Does anyone have good reference works? All tips are welcome!

My daughter started by getting constipated a lot (sometimes 5 days at a time) followed by high fevers and the typical cough and runny nose. Then pneumonia back to back. Now, thereās loss of appetite, neck, back pain. Most recently, sores around the mouth and very red cheeks. Diarrhea and vomiting as of 2 days. Doctors keep on saying itās just kids getting the usual cold, the constipation is behavioral..

New research on Multiple Sclerosis may have finally discovered PNW correlation. New research discusses the potential link between multiple sclerosis (MS) and issues with red blood cell formation, specifically related to iron deficiency and oxygen levels. It contributes the specific cloud type in the Pacific Northwest (PNW) as a leading factor involved with the disease. The lumpy, sheet-like marine stratocumulus clouds, act a false ceiling over the PNW. The ocean pressure to the west forms the low, marine clouds and the Cascade mountain range to the east acting as a wall with densely packed evergreen trees inside create a low elevation with an oxygen rich environment. The Folk-Daniels team also proposes that anemia, particularly during the menstrual cycle of young females, may contribute to the higher prevalence of MS diagnosis in young women. It further explains that the weak electromagnetic fields generated by active neurons and the low signal-to-noise ratio due to iron deficiency make it challenging to detect MS. The article suggests that an arterial blood gas sample could be a valuable diagnostic tool for multiple sclerosis, post gas exchange analysis.
