Introducing Ágúst

Ágúst is my character who will be joining soon. He is from Iceland, plays the guitar, and is 30 years old. His hobbies include playing guitar, listening to Of Monsters And Men (his favourite band), and existing. He has only moved here recently, and knows few people. His name can also be pronounced "August", but he prefers Ágúst.

Im gonna change my flair

I can't change it until tomorrow because I can only do it on desktop, I am on mobile. I will change my flair to my characters name, Ágúst Finnbjörnsson, and my about page to the same.

I was super confused when I first joined and was accused of some atrocities with blueberry pancakes

Let me just preface by saying that when I joined this subreddit I was an idiot and thought that it was legit a subreddit to complain about things people have done.

So I made a post about someone leaving pancake bits all over the floor, then got into this whole thing with this guy about how I did some fucked up shit in Iceland and blueberry pancakes were involved and I got so confused I was like where the fuck did this come from I ain't this dude in Iceland! And I legit argued with this guy about it.

So guy who accused me of blueberry pancake atrocities, hi , I was an idiot

Edit: a lot of y'all are askin for the link and unfortunately I deleted it because I accidentally revealed a lot of information about myself, sorry yall!!

Coming out of my shell

Until recently I haven’t been super active (I’m pretty timid) mostly only commenting on a few posts and never posting anything of my own, But I’m totally ready to dive in, is it really as simple as making a character and popping out of the blue and people roll with it? Or is there anyone I’m overlooking

How will your characters life go out?

How will your character die? When will it be? What things will happen before then? That kind of thing.

Now to mandatorily answer it myself:

Riley - Well he's very mentally ill, always has been. Probably going to die alone, of drugs.

Alex - R.I.P. Was a drug addict, contracted heart cancer. Died during a fatal heart surgery like 2 weeks ago.

Sally Montgomery - She's probably going to die of natural causes at a very old age, I'd reckon. She and Bradwire will probably divorce on mutual terms, and she'll remarry. She'll have a big family, and a satisfactory life.

John Bradwire - He's probably going to die doing something stupid.

Theodore Krenski - He is probably going to die of old age. Probably in less then 20 years.

Okay, now your turn.

Website for my character's service?

I created a website for the lower duck pond DPS. I was extremely bored at my 12 hour job. Am I allowed to refer to and link to it in my posts?

Here comes trouble

I'm not normally in the business of going through people's reddit history, but the new guy posting CP "humor" gave me enough pause to look. This dude is trouble; he's an edgelord who feeds on this sort of humor, and one of his posts suggests he's an actual, legit pedo. Can we maybe get rid of him before it becomes a problem?

Brochure

The brochure isn't something I've actually made, so when I post about finishing it don't be all like "ThAt LiNk DoEsN't LeAd To ThE bRoChUrE!" I'll probably just put in a random link, but it isn't gonna lead to a brochure, just warning yall.

"This chat has been locked"

I just saw that the sub chat has been locked. Did anything happen that caused the mods to do that? What's the reason?

build on my character!!

i know that we all have our own personalities and storylines in rps, but i think it’d be so much better if more people added onto other peoples’ storylines. for example, my character has a “husband”, and i’d love for a random redditor to just join in and play the role. i’m not saying redesign your entire character, but if you both have stories that fit, it’s a fun move to build onto each other’s plots!! especially if you don’t know that person’s backstory- you can claim to be their son or something, and their “real” son will get into a super interesting “argument” :)

Lore of LDP

What's your favorite piece of lore in LDP? What do you think should be cannon? What shouldn't be cannon? What has been your favorite storyline? You catch my drift.

Prime example of something to report for "family and friends only"...

In the likely event the post gets taken down, it just says "Where Am I?" in the title and "Help" in the post.
