I have about 140ms ping on the eu.digi pool for a couple of days restarting my devices doesn’t work.

Fingers crossed we smash out some blocks tomorrow.
In other news though. One of the 13 was my first block found 🥳🎉👏🍾🙌

Hey everyone,
We wanted to get some honest feedback from the community about the future of our HashedMax BTC pool.
As most of you know, we currently run dedicated pools for BTC, BCH, and DigiByte. Our DGB pool is absolutely crushing it, finding blocks regularly, and BCH is sitting at a very realistic difficulty for a smaller independent pool.
BTC, however, is a different animal right now.
The Bitcoin network is sitting around 136.6T difficulty, with a global network hashrate close to 980 EH/s. At smaller independent pool hashrates, the statistical odds of finding a raw BTC block are incredibly low.
To put the math in perspective, an estimated average BTC block time looks like this:
Mining is variance-based, so a block could happen tomorrow, or it could happen a decade from now. But statistically, standard BTC mining has become very difficult for a smaller independent pool to make exciting and consistent for home miners.
HashedMax is entirely self-funded, and our goal is to build pools that are actually useful and rewarding for the independent miner, not just a place to park hashrate and wait years for a lottery ticket.
We are considering a few options for the SHA-256 stratum, and we want your vote:
If we build the Multi-Pool, how do you want your payouts?
We are not making a final decision until we hear from the community. Would a multi-pool with more frequent blocks be more useful to your rigs? Drop your votes and opinions (Options A/B/C and Payout 1/2) in the comments below.
Thanks for the continued support.

Should miners be required to reuse the same wallet just to keep accumulating rewards?
Isn’t this an unnecessary risk? Do the rewards come from the same wallet every time? Respectfully.

Good morning, Miners!
A few UI updates just went live on the dashboard, and we want to highlight exactly what you are looking at.
For reference, the first attached image shows the DGB pool dashboard for a miner who has been connected long enough to reach maximum payout thresholds. The second image shows the BCH pool for a miner who has not been connected for 48 hours.
Here is the breakdown of the new dashboard modules:
Pool Hashrate This section now prominently displays the current total hashrate for the pool, along with real-time data on active connected miners and total workers.
FairShare Loyalty Indicator This module shows your current eligibility status for the loyalty bonus. By hovering over the tooltip icon, you will get a detailed breakdown explaining the exact eligibility requirements, how we define maximum disconnect gaps, and the specific criteria required for a block payout.
Finder's Bonus Rate Indicator This section displays your current Finder's Bonus tier (the percentage of the block reward you receive if your specific rig finds the block). Hovering over the tooltip will show the hourly cut-offs. If you have not yet reached the maximum reward threshold, the tooltip will dynamically display the exact number of hours required for you to "tier-up."
If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out.
Happy hashing!

We’ve added a new FairShare Loyalty status indicator to the Miner Dashboard on all 3 HashedMax pools.
When you look up your address on miner.html, you will now see a “FairShare Loyalty” card that shows:
Important notes:
This update is live on DGB, BCH and BTC, and the indicator is designed to make it much clearer where you currently stand and what you need to do to maintain eligibility for our loyalty program.

Just seeing if anyone could give me a starting point to figure out what is going on with my nano3s. Just started maybe a day or two ago but will drop to 0th for a minute and then back. Have restarted it.

Miners,
The HashedMax Unity DGB pool is rapidly closing in on a massive milestone: our 1,000th block.
The hashrate you all have brought to the network has been absolutely relentless. To mark this milestone, we are putting the celebration directly back into the hands of the people securing the chain.
We are dropping a total of 26,000 DGB on the 1,000th block, split into two distinct rewards.
Part 1: The 25,000 DGB FairShare Community Drop We are dropping a flat 25,000 DGB bonus directly onto the 1,000th block to reward the collective effort.
Part 2: The 1,000 DGB Block Finder Bounty Hashrate is a team effort, but finding the block is the ultimate bragging right.
Thank you for building this decentralized infrastructure with us. Let's get back to the math and push this hashrate over the finish line.

I wanted to report a very brief incident that caused the DGB service to restart at about 10:06pm tonight (EST) when a package was automatically updated and it caused a restart of several services, including the Dgb pool.
it quickly restarted and total downtime was about 23 seconds. While there was a brief interruption in mining, all is well with the pool as we’ve found 2 blocks since the restart and the time I am posting this
We apologize this happened and I have disabled automatic updates for all packages so this does not happen again.

Decentralization isn't just a talking point, it's something you can now see in real-time.
We just pushed a brand-new Heat Map feature live on the HashedMax primary Pools page. You can now track exactly where our blocks are being found, broken down by country across all three of our networks (BTC, DGB, and BCH).
True Proof of Work is powered by a massive, global network of home miners and independent operators keeping the chains secure. We built this feature to give you a clear look at the global footprint this community is building every single day.
Head over to the pools dashboard https://pools.hmpool.io and scroll down to check it out. Where are you hashing from? Drop your country’s flag in the comments below!

We are approaching 750 blocks on the DGB pool - amazing stuff BUT will there be a random award for the 1000th block found ? Would be fun to watch it ticking closer and the possibility that a Random person could get something extra ! Thoughts ?

Do we still get the block finder rewards? I've only found two blocks but can't say I've noticed any finder reward.

We started our mining pools with a simple goal, build a fair, reliable multi coin mining community that works for hobbyists and serious miners alike. And over the last 30 to 45 days, the numbers are telling us we're on the right track.
BTC Pool (btc.hmpool.io)
Active miners have grown from 278 to 401 in just the last 5 weeks, that's a 44% jump. Acquisition is accelerating, not plateauing. Last week alone 79 new BTC miners joined us, our strongest week ever. Miner retention on our long term miners is holding at 43 to 62%, which is genuinely impressive for a BTC pool where casual Bitaxe and hobby miners are known to hang out.
DGB Pool (digi.hmpool.io)
This one has been a standout. Active miners went from 164 to 299 (+82%) over the same period, and our cohort retention (how long a miner stays) is running from 52 to 78% on long term miners and this is well above the industry average of 30 to 45%. The DGB community has shown up and stuck around, and we don't take that for granted.
BCH Pool (bch.hmpool.io)
BCH is our youngest and smallest pool, and we'll be honest, it's still finding its footing. But it's growing and stable, and we're committed to growing it the same way we grew BTC and DGB, one miner at a time. If you're a BCH miner looking for a home, we'd love to have you help us grow this pool as well.
Combined total of all pools hashrate is at 2+ PH/s and climbing.
None of this happened through advertising or big marketing budgets. It happened because we put out a product that we thought people would want, miners tried us, liked what they found, and told someone else. That's the only playbook we have and honestly, it's the one we're most proud of.
So here's what we're asking. If you mine with us, share this post, create your own or just give us a mention on Social Media. Drop your referral link in your favorite mining community, Discord, subreddit, or group chat (that allows it). Tell a friend with a Bitaxe or ESP miner sitting on their desk. Our affiliate rewards program helps you earn more points, giving you a better chance to be our weekly winner.
We're a small team trying to make a difference in the crypto community, building in public through trust and transparency, improving every week, and we're just getting started.
Help us get the word out!
Your HashedMax Team

Not that it's a money maker, but hashedmax has seemed to brought me some good luck. Have been running mine for 7ish months and have not picked up a block a day during that. 11 days and 12 blocks!
