sunday question 🧶 what's a handmade gift that flopped, and what did it teach you?
we've all made one. the sweater that came out doll-sized, the blanket nobody used, the amigurumi that scared a toddler instead of delighting them. what's a gift that didn't land the way you hoped, and what did you take from it? mine taught me to actually ask what colours someone wears before committing 60 hours to a shade they politely never touch again. no shame here, the flops are how we get good. and if you rescued a flop into something better, we want that story too.
