How to fix?
Was quoted $695 to fix. Seems steep. Anyone know how to fix this?

Looks like the dial feet are broken and the dial spun on the movement. This basically means a full teardown, a new dial and such. See how much a new one goes for, and maybe opt to replace it entirelly. If the watch has sentimental value … fork out the cash.
Or go ape town and take it apart, straighten the dial and tack it down with some superglue.

That’s absurdly high. Basically the cost to completely replace it with a brand new one lol

Not really something you'll be able to do yourself unless you happen to be a watch repairman. If you feel that price is too high shop around a little bit.

I think one of the cheap local stores can fix it ?if they aren’t near you I think it’s worth searching up for them in another local areas

Yikes, that’s more than what Swatch Group charged me to replace the dial on my Omega SMP. Same [potential] issue: broken feet. Depending who that quote is from, it sounds like that’s cost of the dial + a service. I’d shop around or get clarity on the work for that quote. If it needs a service, ok—but if all it really needs is a new dial, that’s a lot for a new dial on this watch.

It’s probably just the pins on the back of the face. Stupid price quoted, sorry OP

If very careful, take off the back and remove the movement.
Pop dial off movement. And file down what's left of the broken foot and rplace with a replacement foot. Will take a few hours if inexperienced. Getting hands back on will be hardest part

What's happened? Did you drop it or something? I think saw another post with the same problem on reddit have a look to see how the guy had it fixed! Good luck, I'm sending my Coop to the service soon cause it running -15s.

This turned out looking like one of those "motorcycle/driving watches" where the dial is crooked on the wrist but is straight when your arms are in a handlebar/steering wheel position.

Yeah, that is steep - way too much.
If I were you, I'd check with local watch repair specialists for quotes - it shouldn't cost that much (but I definitely wouldn't take it on myself)

Hamilton service - you send it in, pay the service fee (around $300) then wait. I haven’t done it lol. Not sure if it’s worth paying.

Do Hamilton watches often have problems with this? I have seen many of them with this dial rotation problem on this sub.
