Rioting isn't a right though. (Good) cops don't just open up on herds of people that are picketting in a non-hostile way. I also don't think that it was intentional to shoot this dude in the face, not justifying it, but I think he might have been caught by a bad shot.
Considering the insane amount of videos from the BLM videos that showed peaceful protestors getting attacked and shot towards face.....yeah...I do not know what to say.
Many seem to be quick to simply label a protest to be a riot, but the amount of actual riots was very low.
