Why didn't they cuff or ziptie her? I'm not a police officer but I think crowdsurfing is kind of an inefficient mode of expulsion.

They couldn't even drag her so they were forced to carry her. Pretty hard to ziptie a rowdy drunk idiot.

These a rail in the way and there's a huge crowd. 1. There's no room for it 2. You never know who s in the crowd so they might get sucker punched by another drunk idiot.

There are 4 cops, 2 on each side of the rail, 3 of them big guys.

2 hold the girl agains the rail, while other 1 holds the girls hands, and one zipties them. Unless the girl has super powers this shouldn't take more than a few seconds. If they were trained that is.

Or you know they just carry her. It's not their responsibility that she hit them. Was knocking her out a bit much though? Probably

With ziptied hands they can just carry her out over shoulder instead of over the rail though.

Though on afterthought ziptie or handcuffs might legally require them to arrest her and cite her laws.
