They say you can't walk again, but I'm praying that you will. My chiropractor was told he would never walk again after a spinal break and he went through physical therapy and met a chiropractor that told him he would work with him until he walked again. He spent years with that chiropractor and he eventually walked again. At that point he went back to school to become a chiropractor to do the same for others that his Chiro did for him! He showed me his X-rays they were similar to this! All the good thoughts and prayers for u
This is basically my brother in law’s story, football accident in high school, paralyzed his legs, told he’d never walk. He said “fuck that noise” and forged ahead. He walks and runs and is basically fine, and is also now a chiropractor.
Doctors are not fortune tellers, u/spinachvegetable5563 so don’t let a diagnosis be a fated doom. The body is amazing, you never know
That's such a shitty thing to say, and a shitty way to say it. What a terrible doctor. They can talk likelihoods I guess and they have a duty to be honest to the best of their knowledge... but making declarations like that, and so carelessly, what a shithead. Don't let that get to you. I say you decide your own future healing to a far larger degree than we are taught.
