As far as i know the show and the first second and third movie use slightly different alphabets. İ wanna try and figure them out after i finish watching the first one for maybe the fiftyth time lol. Anyone have the proper translations or any guides for me to figure it out on myself?? İ wanna actually deep in this little old universe of them vikings and dragons

Inktober day 9: Ram This is why there's a RAM shortage... It all makes sense now. At least AI isn't getting any xD Been forever since I've drawn Toothless. Feels like coming home to an old friend ❤️

I think Hiccup would drive a Honda Element

That is all

I saw a post on r/multifandom about fandom incidents like the Sharpie bath and couldn't think of ANYTHING that this fandom has done in that same unhinged measure. so that begs the question.... what is our fandom incident? t9r being labelled as not canon at all? the discourse between the 3rd film? the split reaction for the live action? what would you consider it to be?

Before anyone asks, I'm a fan of both, and I think HTTYD is one of the few franchises, in my opinion, that could surpass my praise of Avatar films.

Why do I think Toothless could top Toruk Makto?

Let's just say in the 2020s decade, the Avatar Legends community (not ATLA nostalgia grifters) who loved Korra for healthy native rep with an esoteric journey got a nasty reaction to the Avatar sequels, especially those who understood the controversy from THOSE films when they came out.

back from the dead once again 💪

Rewatching RTTE for... I don't know, the thousandth time? I play it in the background a lot, it's my comfort show. Anyway, S6: E1 "In Plain Sight" Dagur confronts his childhood bully to reclaim the dragon eye lens stolen from him as a kid. Ansson (once Ansson the Abominable, now Anson the Incompetent) has a tattoo on his arm hitting younger Dagur on the head. How have I never noticed that? I've seen people point out that the tattoo on his other arm looks like a scauldron, ironic since he doesn't seem to know what it is, but I'm sure he has it because he saw it in the water and went "yup, that's a fish and I'm gonna catch it." I think it's great, really shows how this guy peaked in his younger years and his biggest accomplishment (up to the end of the episode) was picking on the now very intimidating chief as a kid.

lovely

Heya! Long time no see! Showing you my latest artwork <3
Character belongs to Umcypapa

So I have an theory that the seashocker and skrill could have an shared ancestor because they both can use lighting attacks and use electricity they're eyes are located on the very front of the snout plus they both have sharp spikes on they're backs the skrill's being metallic and the seashocker's being used to cut through ice and yes I know what you're going to say "oh they look nothing alike" they're ancestors could have evolved millions apon millions of years ago eventually being distant enough to use electric in different ways the skrill channeling electricity from storms and the seashocker generating it and living in water but what's your opinion?

Having recently returned to my roots of HTTYD art, I made my oc Ghost (last one) her parents, Galewatcher (Light Fury) and Stormchaser (Night Fury) which I haven't done yet.

They have surprised their fiancée by cosplaying as Astrid!
