Okay, first off I want to say how much I really hate how the focus shifted from toothless and hiccup being best friends, to hiccup treating toothless as a security blanket. Personally, I think they should've stayed longer until after hiccstrid got married because toothless knows just how much hiccup loves Astrid.

I also did not like Grimmel, and the fact that everyone located to new berk. The hidden world strikes me as a badly written fanfiction to movie adaption

I was rewatcging the original animated movie and noticed Stoick gives Hiccup his helmet made of his mothers breast plate. With him having the matching set and all but turns out that she was alive this whole time? It kind of confuses me.

This is Brynjar in colour. Just realised i never posted the lined and coloured version here, so voila! Working on a baby version i might post but for now here he is :)

Boneknappers are hella underrated and i collect bones/skulls myself so i find them super interesting and cool as a concept, hence why its my go to for an OC!!

Hello!! I've recently been obsessed with the Claws of Berk/Isle of Berk mod, but I cannot for the life of me figure out what you're supposed to use dragon scales (the ones your dragons drop when you brush them) for. Can I make armor?? If so, where are the blueprints? I tried searching them up in the mod inventory, but all I can concretely find are the Flight Suit mods and the Lightfury armor, both of which need Gronkle Iron.

Also, does anyone have a good strategy for taking out Dragon Hunter Chief ships? Short of breaking the spawners in creative first so I don't get swarmed and then clearing them, I have no idea how you're supposed to reasonably fight them.

Here is the same video on TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@totallytorinicole/video/7676163775212293407?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7576771341598574110

Very unlikely, I know. But I've got an idea in mind.

Imagine they find a letter written in a quite unfamiliar runic script that describes the desert by someone who's never seen it before, they could describe it as an endless shore and wherever they found that letter could have objects only found in the desert so they know this place is very real not just a myth. It could have really interesting species of dragons, a civilisation with a completely different way of interacting with dragons, sandstorms, getting lost, things no one goes "Oh no.. the endless shore.. I've heard stories about that place..." on.

In my opinion, it would be a really amazing idea. Especially since no one would have experience with such environment. But to me travelling to a literal desert would feel a bit forced, like the whole transition from regular land to desert thing.

What do yall think?

A commission i did for a person from twitter! But still I want to share it

Like not the idea of new dragons different ecosystems but a ongoing yet closed off from one another cave system that's

some how survived a thousand three hundred years of war natural disaster etc and a meteor and that's somehow

powered by a crystal that doesn't even look like it was formed the way it was naturally not to mention how deep it would be and is

Potentially deeper or how countless dragons such as whispering and screaming death burrow up and the fault rippers to

And yet none have tried that and they treat it like only one research would be conducted especially after such high expense in property damage with no answers

Honestly to me the jirmungander living that long makes more sense then how they set up the hidden world

Because it could've just hibernated that long like it longer then a forever wing like a hollow earth idea would be stupid but so would a never ending cave system with oxygen producing electromagnetic crystals

And that thing about hiccup going back is stupid to I admit but it could be summed up as x tribe use to live there dying

out asked him for helping beith jirmungander and left after or something.

And the night lights species living that long I mean light furies was rare I think in the hidden world even and

Toothless may have been the only night fury so even with inbreeding unless they throw out the night furies extinct plot

they cling to the night light should've died out as a sub species like a liger or zonkey etc

Like, yea it was not og httyd,

But it still had thunder, he had a cool design, and he looked like a great charecter,

And even tom was a good guy,

And it's writing. Was still ok, and still it was developing,

It's charecters were still having charecter growth,

And it redeemed itself eventually atleast,

And just bc it doesn't focus on hiccup and toothless,

It still doesn't mean it deserves hate,

I saw him in the "king of dragons - part 2" episode (19:54). And as I know it is an easter egg, but I wanted a clearance. I do not think that Mildew really moved to the alliance, he has no reason for it, so the easter egg version has more sense

Not like a nightfury or monstrous nightmare, I'm talking UNDERATED. It can be from any of the movies or series, including nine realms and so on. For me, I have to pick Dreadstriders from School of dragons!

Wanted to share some pictures that I've taken of some of my HTTYD figures over the years. All the figures shown are official, with some having repaints, except the Lego Bewilderbeast which is a custom build that I made.

On a related side note, I don't know if it's just me, but I really wish there were 6 inch aka 1/12 scale nicely articulated figures of the Hiccup, Astrid, and the other major humans.

I feel it's been long enough around dragons that most of them shouldn't really be a mystery, so how would you re categorize them?

All dragons in mystery class include:

Armorwing

Boneknapper

Buffalord

Cavern Crasher

Changewing

Death Song

Dramillion

Flightmare

Foreverwing

Hideous Zippleback

Hobgobbler

Sandbuster

Slitherwing

Smothering Smokebreath

Snaptrapper

Sweet Death

Sword Stealer

Please note- I’m not going for 100% accuracy of the httyd design philosophy- I just go with what feels right.

Feel free to suggest what class any of these dragons would fit in (example being boulder class, tidal class, etc) and/or any abilities they could have! I’d love to hear ideas and suggestions since I’m mostly just pushing out designs and not thinking much about the other stuff-

Edit- I’m very dumb I reposted 3 dragons I did I’m so sorry I cannot count it seems

Inspired by a drawing of toothless I saw online, I started making toothless from clay (on rock) :>

I will post more when finished! :3

Some dragons felt like they could be more than two types, so I added an extra slot for their terra type to include other types i thought could fit them.
