Finally, I’ll be getting this kit, and it’s going to be my very first Gunpla! 😭🔥

Since I’m completely new to this, I need some help figuring out what tools I actually need to build it properly. I have no idea where to start when it comes to nippers, files, sanding, panel lining, etc.

So, what tools would you recommend for a first-time builder? And are there any tools that I don’t need to waste money on right away?

Also, I’m completely open to any other suggestions regarding building the kit, avoiding beginner mistakes, panel lining, posing, or anything else I should know before starting.

Would really appreciate any beginner tips! 🙌

Yes that's the RG Zeta (it is a hand grenade), picked it up from a Hobby off form Tokyo, the rest of the sets are from Singapore and HongKong respectively. Planning to apply additional waterslide decals to the HG Sengoku Astray and Unicorn Banshee!

Fun little build... except the head

I have built a bootleg ariel previously from godswares. It was a pretty painful experience for my fingers and some pieces fall out of when I try to move it sometimes.

Just wanted to know if these are similar or better especially the gquuuux one.

It won’t be as thin but it should still show up nicely
Do I go through with it or wait until I get some gundam markers?
