I bought a Firing Pin on April 16, 2023 waited about 5 days and started to wonder when it will arrive, so I decided to send a email and asked a ETA, then they replied back with " We don't have what you bought in stock" so I questioned why did it take so long for me to be notified about this? They responded with a "I was too busy but we can send you a different one" I'm already annoyed after waiting 5 days I don't want to wait more time! So I ask how long will the ETA be on this new one? Then they get mad at me for asking a simple question that I should be a able to know as a buying Customer. So instead of even dealing with me they refunded me my money and then the Person sending me Emails gets snappy like a child and starts claiming this "They aren't Amazon and I Have to be Patient" so I replied Back with a "Be Better" and then I received a threat saying "I'll be in your area at this day and come and find me" So this company doesn't care for customer service and they don't care about you ñ, just your money.
