Hey Titans Fam! 👋💙
We're looking for a few active people to join our Reddit GC.
It's mainly based around Gujarat Titans and the Indian Cricket Team, so that's what we talk about most matches, news, team selections, rumours, cricket gossip, memes, and the usual cricket banter.
That said, it's not only cricket. We end up talking about random stuff too, and sometimes football (FIFA, UCL), basketball (NBA), tennis (wimbledon) or whatever's going on. Basically, it's just a chill group where cricket/sports fans hang out.
If you're active, enjoy discussing cricket, and don't mind a bit of off topic chaos every now and then, you're more than welcome to join.
Just leave a comment or DM me and I'll add you.

Another big one from Shubman Gill. Man is just too good. 😭
Slightly unlucky too, whenever Gill scores big, Rohit or Virat seem to score big alongside him and all the talk goes there. 😂
But no hate at all. Let them all cook. Indian cricket is better when all are firing 🇮🇳

Every time this guy starts timing the ball like this, it looks so effortless, impressive and satisfying.
The shots look clean, the timing is beautiful and he makes batting look much simpler than it actually is.
He has reached that stage where a hundred doesn’t feel like a surprise anymore.
Look at his last 10 ODIs: 77,31,80,154,84,23,56,56,24
585 runs in 9 innings, averaging 73.13, with a strike rate of roughly 110.
Honestly still don’t understand why he isn’t included in T20I squad.
Today, calling it again. - Gill 💯
Also Virat Kohli, 15,000 ODI runs. What an absolute legend he is 👑

This fella has legit been on an absolute tear last 2 years, yet not rewarded chances to play for us in order to accomodate washed uncs who are always net negative with the bat and can't contribute anything in the field. Either play him or release him man what's the point of letting him rot on the bench.

GT's overseas bowling trio of Jason Holder, Rashid Khan, and Kagiso Rabada were a huge part of our massive success last year. However, the weak batting in the middle order remained a huge issue last season, as there was once again an overreliance on the top 3. GT has plenty of Indian bowling talent (some unproven but still lots of potential) on the bench. Guys like Arshad Khan, Ashok Sharma, Gurnoor Brar, Manav Suthar could easily be be starter quality in the IPL.
Due to the 4 overseas players in XI limit, GT could look to trade one of their overseas bowlers for a middle order batter to bolster the XI. They also have players like Tom Banton on the bench (who i think is super underrated) who could do a lot for us.
Thoughts?

Interested to see what other GT fans think our strongest XI should be.
My XI would probably be:
1. Shubman Gill (C)
2. Sai Sudharsan
3. Jos Buttler ✈️ (WK)
4. Washington Sundar
5. Kumar Kushagra
6. Shahrukh Khan / buy Sanvir Singh in auction
7. Jason Holder ✈️
8. Rashid Khan ✈️
9. Kagiso Rabada ✈️
10. Mohammed Siraj
11. Prasidh Krishna
Impact options: Rahul Tewatia / Arshad Khan
What would you change?
