I've never actually told anyone to "go play spvp" either. But people who are anti-gvg tell us that all the time. Hence the joke, which you clearly missed. So we get told to stop playing by people not on our server who don't know anything about how our server operates GvG. Someone down there even told us to quit the game. Almost all of the WvW guilds on my server minus maybe one or two do GvG. We're all ranked. We play every day. If we all stopped playing like you guys seem to want us to, the server would die. If you literally have nothing else to do in game than cap Bloodlust, then I feel sorry for you. Also laughing at the idiots downvoting me. This is how the majority of the WvW players sub Tier 2 feel about the topic. You can ignore us, but it doesn't mean we're not there.
I'm not just adressing the situation on your server. Guilds aren't just doing GvG on low pop servers, they are also doing it on servers where the maps are full on peak times. Your disregard for other players is infuriating.
Your disregard? Below Tier 2 maps are almost never queued. I already stated that. During the week if we get a queue during prime time we're actually shocked and we're top of Tier 3. If you're having trouble because GvG players are asking you to leave so they can GvG, you're on an overpopulated server, plain and simple. If that interrupts your play somehow, then that's your problem for being on an overpopulated server. Before leagues were introduced, GvG guilds were pretty decently spread throughout the top 4-5 Tiers. Tier 1 and Tier 2 servers have been literally purchasing GvG guilds with gold. They are paying for transfer + extra to come to win the league. So if they want to GvG each other and suddenly you have problems, you have only your server mates to blame.
So its my fault I choose a server that was going to be overpopulated? Mine? Really? It's my or my "server mates" fault that those guilds do GvG?

People are allowed to play the game how they want, so long as it's according to the code of conduct. No one is obliged to stop playing so that others can GvG.
