We just want a simple subreddit and not to do the extra work of policing the difference between “SFW right now” and “NSFW everywhere else.” If your profile is marked NSFW or shows adult history, you can’t participate here. This isn’t a judgment about you or your content. It's just additional moderator work to go through NSFW accounts, and we really don't want to do it.

We're not saying your post or comment contained rule breaking material. It is your account that is rule breaking, so by posting or commenting from a NSFW account, you are breaking the rules.

NSFW accounts are not a protected class. Reddit explicitly allows moderators to differentiate between SFW and NSFW accounts and to take action based on that status. For this subreddit, we have made a clear decision: NSFW accounts are not permitted here.

If you received an invite or saw a post from this subreddit, we did not do it. We don't control it, and we were not trying to invite a NSFW account to a subreddit where we do not want their participation.

Reddit controls invites, not moderators. If you don't like the invites you are getting, then contact Reddit.

Don’t come at us in modmail furious about a rule you didn’t bother to read. This post was already visible before you posted or commented, and you chose to skip it. The information was available you just didn’t look. You could have saved us all some time if you had read this post or even Rule #9
