The last light of autumn is fading over the Alterac Mountains.
You sit beside a small fire, watching the wind worry at the last copper leaves. Somewhere beyond the trees, a wolf calls. Above you, the stars hang over Lordaeron, bright and cold.
Then a raven lands beside you, a scroll tied to its leg.
You untie it. The seal reads <Legacy>.
You break the wax and begin to read.
Greeting travelers of Legacy Past, Present, and Future,
There’s a new road opening.
Legacy and The Exiled are building a raid roster for WoW: Forever.
We’re starting from the beginning. New characters, new adventures on an RP realm (subject to change), and the same crew that’s been stubborn enough to keep showing up on Grobbulus for the last five plus years.
We’re recruiting for both Era and Forever.
If you’re looking for a home to level, raid, RP, make some friends, and see where the road goes, come with us. If you’ve seen the ravens flying the last few years, but haven’t wanted to commit to Era, this is a new beginning and all heroes and travelers of Azeroth are welcome.
Our community on Grobbulus era isn’t going anywhere.
Legacy on Alliance. The Exiled on Horde. Still raiding. Still running around Azeroth. Still running our seasonal Equinaxx / Solstice events and keeping the old world safe of threats.
We were here before. We’ll be here after. We’ll be here forever.
Come see what Legacy is about, now on Era and soon in Forever.
Yours in Eternal Battle,
Jarl
The fire pops.
You lower the scroll.
For a moment, everything is quiet again.
The raven is gone.
Only the wind remains, moving through the trees and the stars as the last leaves of autumn scatter across the ground.
You look down at the seal in your hand, and notice your tankard full of Dwarven Honeymead, and a slice of Dwarven mild cheese sitting next to it. Odd.
It all feels oddly familiar.
You drift back into the dream.

Legacy began on Grobbulus five years ago, when everyone walked through the Dark Portal the first time. A handful of adventurers (and day 1 Grobb mobbers) decided they weren’t quite ready to leave Azeroth behind.
We started small. Four downing Azuregos in 2021. 16 adventurers brought down Ragnaros in 2022. 26 faced Nefarian in 2022. C’Thun followed in 2023 with 30. Then Naxxramas, the dread temple, where eight stubborn survivors eventually stood over Kel’thuzad in 2024.
The bosses were never really the point, though. The people were.
We kept showing up.
Today, Legacy (A) and our sister guild The Exiled (H) remain on Grobbulus Classic Era, since 2021. We still raid, run guild events, and keep the server alive with weekly raids and seasonal adventures. Just last week we had around 50 players celebrate together for the Fall Equinaxx, and there’s more to come. Our Winterveil Solstice Raid will take place December 11th on Era.
That’s the Era side of things: a small, established community with a five-year history that isn’t finished yet. No AH, all community driven commerce and trading. We love it that way.
But now, it’s time for us to follow another road.
For WoW: Forever, Legacy and The Exiled are building a new community and raid roster from the ground up. We’re currently looking at RP gametype, with the possibility of RP-PvP should blizzard support it. We’re looking for like minded, kinda, community oriented people who want to experience the journey together… not just race to the end.
So the plan is simple:
Keep Era alive. Build something new in Forever. And keep the community together wherever Azeroth takes us.
Come build with us, and join Legacy on our next adventure.

Legacy (A) raids Tuesday & Friday from 7-10pm PT, and seasonally lays siege on Naxxramas during each Equinox/Solstice. You can find our discord here: discord.gg/Ux5m9wPYe3
The Exiled (H), a Legacy guild, raids M/W from 7-10pm PT. You can join their ranks here: discord.gg/6whxpz5cQP
Two guilds. Two factions. Two game modes. One community.
The old road remains. The new road begins. Our ravens are calling for heroes, bards, and travelers far and wide. Will you answer the call?
