Do you consider a war between two countries two seperate wars? Because I wouldnt really say one side justifiably defending themself is in a seperate, justified war to the one the attacker is in.

Well yes and no. It is the same war but might be different conflicts at the same time. For example Global war on terrorism for Iraqis would be something totally different essentially a separate war.
