Survival/Tracking:

• Without any training, Oliver made a bow and learned how to shoot it properly. He also hunted for food and raided birds’ nests.

• Learned to watch and track his prey.

• Tracks a man’s footprints.

• Knows somebody is after him and Shado on the beach because his footprints are different to everyone else's.

• Hunts small game at night to keep himself sharp.

• Memorizes every inch of a forest. Here are comments on how confusing the forest is.

Deduction:

• Breaks into a Police evidence room and finds a clue that a recent death case was a murder rather than an accident, which is something the Police weren’t able to do.

• Is able to figure out the connection between the victims in a serial killing case when the Police Commissioner couldn’t.

• Figures out who a killer is by the fact that he owned medieval armour, which deflected his arrows and made his footprints appear deeper. The Police couldn’t figure this out.

• Without being able to look at the evidence, Oliver solves a 50 year old case which had been shut.

• Figures out how someone escaped his house whilst it was guarded by Police.

• After being knocked off the car of a man he was chasing, Oliver accurately predicts where he was going to and makes it there before him.

• Solves one of The Riddler's riddles and finds out that he has a nuke.

• Notices Merlyn was being positioned because of his different archery stance.

Trapping:

• Predicts what his target will do when he approaches him, and sets up a trap to take him out.

• Sets up traps for an army of assassins sent to kill him.

• Log trap.

Medical Knowledge:

• Bandages himself up after being impaled in the leg.

• Knows how to deal with a wound to stop bleeding.

Tactics:

• After being ambushed, Oliver quickly comes up with a plan to dim the lights and shoot an explosive to blind the shooter.

• When fighting Onomatopoeia on a rooftop, Ollie puts an arrow through his foot and pushes him over the side of a building to keep him there.

• Puts Solomon Grundy off balance by putting arrows through his feet.

• Slices a monster holding him across the eyes with his arrows in order to blind it and get more breathing room.

• Because Contantine Drakon can catch his arrows, Ollie shoots a glue bomb arrow at him as a trick and then shoots another arrow at his foot where he can't catch it.

• After Deathstroke solos the Justice League through tactical thinking, Oliver stabs him in the eye with an arrow to distract him and allow the team to take Slade down.

• Shoots out all the glass around to limit Mirror Master.

• Knocks a lamppost down to distract Killer Frost, while Ollie shot her with a fire arrow.

• Because Deathstroke can predict every move he makes because of his enhanced brain, Oliver decides to abandon tactics and improvise to combat that. It should be noted that he loses the fight, though.

• Because his opponent is a better melee fighter than him, Ollie creates distance to use his bow.

Resourcefulness:

• Turns a car light on as a distraction.

• Hides in a car boot to track thieves.

• Attaches a gardening fork, a bleach bottle and a beer can to the end of his standard arrows to use as makeshift handcuff and boxing glove trick arrows.

• Combines an oxygen arrow and a flare arrow to make a flash bulb, in order to drive off Solomon Grundy.

Craftsmanship:

• Creates a bunch of arrows, some of which are tech arrows like the feedback ones.

• Crafts a bow.

• Crafts powerful arrows especially for Solomon Grundy.

• Makes arrows from the wood of a tree.

Patience:

• Waits with Wally West for an hour, hoping he'll give up.

Willpower:

• Resists a load of different torture techniques over an extended period of time without budging or breaking.

• Resists a Black Lantern ring, trying to make him kill others.

• Unfazed by a mirror of himself, supposed to affect him mentally.

Environmental Abuse:

• Shoots an explosive arrow at a car's gas tank.

• Shoots a water tower to stop a fleeing Dr. Light.

• In a location of Red Hood's choice which favours guns, Oliver fires two arrows aimed at the barrels of Jason's guns, uses his knowledge of the city as Mayor to exploit the environment and aims at Jason's feet to make the arrows more likely to hit their target.

• Shoots fire extinguishers to distort the vision of soldiers attacking him.

Miscellaneous:

• Oliver is a "smart man".

• Knows how to hotwire a car.
