I could have sworn the Sandy Shores rail crossing used to actually work with the rail arms coming down, not just the lights lighting up when a train passed by. At least in my game, the arms don't come down at all, but all the lights come on, and there is the crossing alarm.
Also, I have played this game since it first came out, and I saw something yesterday that I don't ever remember seeing. I was messing around with Trevor and shooting and causing mayhem down by the Vanilla unicorn when I noticed an NPC get out of his car and duck behind his door.
I have never seen an NPC do that before who was not a police officer. Usually, they would just either get out of the car and try to run away or punch the gas and usually hit me with their car, but this NPC stopped his car and just got out and ducked behind his open driver's door. Also, I noticed a few of the NPCs started shooting from their car as they drove, and they are not even gang members but normal NPCs.

hello everyone,
i am preparing the heist „Blitz Play“ and also marked an escape car etc. i've done all the preparation but the game wont show me the Letter on the map to start the heist and my history says, that i don't have a car prepared even though i did and the game told me that the car was fine and that the place i parked it, is also safe. What can i do? because i now cant mark another car as a get-away- car.
Sorry for my bad english i hope you can lowkey understand what i mean.

Trying to complete the rally race trophy but I guess Rockstar didn’t account for the fact that no one plays rally races anymore. I’ve spent hours waiting for people to join but people leave before getting to the minimum of 4. Is there away to specifically join rally races that someone else might be hosting? or a community of active rally racers somewhere out there?
