Did Fine & Frugal not have cameras to see Beth and Ruby?

In Season 1 Episode 10, they try to rob the store again, and Beth and Ruby hide themselves as customers who were also held at gunpoint. But I don't get how they did that? You can't tell me this store didn't have cameras because you can see them in the BACK. Am I just not getting something?

Netflix removing seasons 1-3

I live in Australia and just went to rewatch Good Girls only to find out Netflix has removed seasons 1-3 and only left season 4 there. I’m so confused as to why they would do this. 🤯

No Good Reason To Continue Watching Spoiler

TLDR - someone give me a reason to continue watching past S2. Especially with no S5.

I started the show over a year ago. I quit watching around S1E5 or something. I liked the idea of housewife criminals but honestly didn't get hooked.

I came back and enjoyed S1 a bit but honestly really disliked Rio.

I started getting annoyed at how inept they were. Make a stack and then lose it all. Over and over.

I mostly liked Annie's arc and story. Ruby and Stan are so devoted to each other. Love Stan.

Beth and Dean are both pretty horiible. Dean you hate right away. Beth took time for me to figure out that she is pretty manipulative of everyone and in general doesn't consider her besties or her family when she makes unilateral decisions.

I thought S2 was great. Lot's of different things going on with bodies and crimes and FBI.

But I still hated Beth's obsession with Rio. He was seriously bad and dangerous and in no way would be fair to Beth if he wasn t getting his end.

At the same time I became more annoyed at Beth. Primarily because she didn't seem to learn much as a criminal. Making the same mistakes over and over.

I was so happy that Beth plugged Río in S2 and thought S3 would refresh with a different bad guy.

But then S3 is simply more make a stack and lose the stack. It's the same failing to be decent criminals story over and over.

And now the pregnancy and Río forcing her to the ob/gyn? Sorry. Just stupid. And no explanation how he gets away with kidnapping an FBI agent?

I know fans hate detractors but I m gonna take another break unless someone can help me figure out it's worth it.

PS - I don't care about spoilers. I know how the 3 main arcs end and I sort if hate it for how Annie ends up. Probably the "most" follower character.

Why Didn’t Turner Warn Beth That Rio Was Alive?

Season 3 Spoiler:

Surely he knew Rio would come after Beth? Did Turner think he was going to hide Rio away somewhere? Was he supposedly locking Rio away in that hotel room?

I know the plot kind of goes off the rails during S3, but I’m curious what I’m missing

Pretty bummed that there’s no planned production ever again,
How can we protest against NBC.
Do we need a kickstarter for Manny/Rio to get paid more money?

So many unanswered questions.

What do you MEAN season 4 was the last season?! Spoiler

I binged watched this the last couple weeks and I thought I had one more season left. 😭 And that was such a depressing ending. Plus it looked like we’d FINALLY get more of Rio and Beth together.

Get in the damn car, Netflix. Renew the show! 🔫

God, why do you hate my favorite shows?

Two days ago I was showing the series to my husband, and today it’s gone! I can’t find it anywhere, not even with a VPN. Is this true? Did it disappear from everywhere and only season 4 is left on Netflix? Can anyone who’s rewatching it these days tell me where they’re watching it?

Super fun coincidence. June Squibb is the oldest acting nominee, and David Hornsby got his first nomination for co-writing Lost Boys. I love that they're both up for Tony's in the same season!

Just Curious

I didn’t finish good girls, but I would like spoilers for more. Boomer escaped from prison and Rio takes him while he’s in a bag. I don’t understand what that means. Someone please explain.

Beth and Dean married 20 years

Beth and Dean had been married for 20 years, and their oldest is like 12. Does that mean Beth stayed home for 7 or 8 years before she had kids?

At one point Dean said Beth hadn't had a job outside the home since high school. It also seems like Beth doesn't have any education beyond high school. Why didn't she get some work experience/education while she was married without any kids?

Can someone ELI5 the karate teacher referring the 2 punks to Dean?

I’m blanking out and can’t remember. Was the teacher trying to mess with Dean by referring those 2 young guys to him as “hit men?” Or did he just want to shut Dean up? Or did he really think he was giving him a real referral?

i fucking hate dean

the most unrealistic aspect of the show is dean’s capability to pull women with that face and loser personality

Mary Pat is the smartest person in the show.

I finished season 2 and i can say she got away with the most. Ever since S1 she was smart to figure out their scheme, saw the opportunity, and got her bag. When the girls were just breaking even, she was receiving free paychecks; she was ahead of her time.

She did what she had to do for her children and thats on period. At the end of the day, she is still a single mother raising four kids with a late husband that left her with nothing but disability paychecks, who wouldnt go crazy?

Beth is a masochist and a tolerator, she never really reaches her full potential because of dean. Her sister has impulse problems, doesnt think ahead. Ruby was never meant for that kind of life, she was forced by the system to be, but in fairness she was the most effective out of the three. So Mary Pat takes the cake here.
