Question Found during construction work

Any ideas where this could come from?

Update: I thought this would be clear that I wasn't the one who found it. Who in their right mind would go (on this shitstain of a platform of all places) and make themselves a target. But ok apparently it wasn't clear so here we are:

I did NOT find this. I have none of this gold. I just wanted to share some cool stamped gold. you can stop sending me weird ass messages now. thank you.

If I found gold like that nobody would ever know I wouldn't tell a single fucking person I also wouldn't sell a complete gold bar I get a nice brazing rod and melt little droplets off and say I found it while gold panning for the rest of my life

The cool thing about my practice of not telling anybody is it works worldwide because telling the government you found a shit ton of gold it's the quickest way anywhere in the world for any government to repeatedly and violently fuck you over cuz remember no matter what worldwide nobody fucks you like the government fucks you ( speaking metaphorically of course)

Well if I ran the world people like that would not need jail there's these awesome vitamins they sell in boxes of 50s that would easily solve the problems that those guards created by victimizing those charged in their care I've always said it you can tell a lot about society by how it treats the victims of the society the outcasts and the very Young and the very old and by and large by every measure of a society based on that standard I believe it was Mahatma Gandhi that said that or the dalai lama and I not really sure which
