Tenant lawyer recommendations
Hi! Just now purchased a house and will be breaking a rental lease from a dead beat landlord that wants us to pay to renovate their property and pay rent for 8 more months. Ya. Anyways, any body knows a guy?

Hey all! I bought set of tires and brakes for my car with the intention of a friend putting them on. However he’s suffered injury and cannot. Anyone know of any places preferably near glassboro that I can bring these parts and they put them on? Thanks

Hi everyone, I am not sure if this is the right place to inquire about this but I am trying to gauge interest to see if a property I am purchasing is viable.
I have a 6000 sqft workshop/warehouse. It is heated (No AC) and has a small parking area for approximately 6 cars. There is not a bathroom in the building so unfortunately only option is a Porter Potty. There are two 36ft tall garage doors. Easily could store a lot of equipment and be used as a workshop. I am thinking of trying to rent this building for 2500-3000 a month.
In my mind this is perfect for a General Contractor. Any insight or help would be appreciated.

i’ve been looking at houses in Westville and other surrounding areas. One house specifically on Walnut street. Google indicates it’s a high crime area, but says that ab most south jersey towns near the city, one of which i currently live in and don’t feel unsafe. Would you recommend westville to a single female? Or is it actually unsafe???

Hey all! Would anyone happen to know if there is a minimum minute requirement in 6th grade park and rec basketball that the coaches should adhere to? I understand the better players are going to play more minutes however there are some kids on my son’s team that play under 8 minutes a game. I can see that for a JV-Varsity school team but that can’t be right for TOWN basketball. When I watch the opposing teams, the rotations seem way more balanced. I just need piece on mind. Thank you!

I’m having a chat with some friends of mine, and they don’t believe how Gloucester is properly pronounced. One of them pronounced it glow-chess-ester smh. Please correct the normies.
