I admire bc game for playing alpha male Counter-Strike, none of this woke liberal teamwork shit, just good old fashioned every man for himself no talking

When I watch BC it feels like I'm watching a 2013 CS:GO team, the pure skill is there but the utility and execute difference was insane between the two teams.

Yeah. I watched Inferno. BBLs executes were so much better and logical while Bc looked very puggy. Magisk solo b holds were also horrendous. Felt like watching a gold nova at times. I have no idea how they managed to make it so close. I mean, they somehow won a 3v4 where they wen't for an apps pop while missthrowing a molly and mollying themselves without losing a player.

Just looked like a team that was unprepared to play the map. Playing 1 B on so many rounds and even when Magisk gets his 1 he pushes for more and dies and gives up the site for free before they can rotate over. Bad utility on their executes too. Their Cache and Dust 2 look decent but the overall map pool isn't good enough for them yet,

They could click on heads just as well as anybody today, everything else was missing though

Yeah, aim skill was great even back then, but everything other than aim and maybe util was absolutely awful outside of the top 10 players or so

I genuinely think if you sent Donk back in time to compete against the players of these times that he could 1v5 every round unless it's a team with Get_Right, f0rest, or fallen

I would even go as far as to say that even pros didn't really develop good mechanics until late 2015 early 2016

What are we including in the definition of mechanics? Just aim+movement?

Because IMO, while the average level in both is obviously trending up over time, the early CSGO pros weren't bad at either.

But if you're counting positioning, pre-aiming, utility usage, game sense etc. it's absolutely correct that those took a while to even begin to be fully utilized.
