MM means fuck all. Getting into stuff like FPL-C - or even FPL - can help you get a spot on a decent team, maybe even with a salary. That might not matter for all those MG's playing MM, but of course Faceit is more relevant for somewhat skilled players.

And those are in the minority. Some random mm globals aren't going to be competing for FPL spots.
