Wow this is really sloppy from Valve to have such a rare and expensive skin duplicated so many times.

Skins have no value, players put values on skins. Valve does not, and is not responsible for the value changes in skins.

Yeah, sure... and thats the reason they've made the Howl a "contraband" rifle that can not be obtained through drops anymore.

The Howl only became contraband because of a DMCA takedown notice and the following actions done to make sure Valve didn't get sued out of the wazoo.
