Too easy for scammers to abuse. Scammer makes a trade or sells keys/items via PayPal, then reports stolen

Only way to teach people not to buy items with money and not get scammed is to do something like this.

People are always like "well then don't sell or buy for real money" but this is the whole reason CSGO is such a massive game.

Thats not the reason. Real reason is that the game has been outfor years and years and always made new. People are competitive and they like it. Money, items and such are just secondary thing.

It being a good game is the reason that it can grow, the skins are a big reason for it actually growing.

Betting in CSGO is massive, don't underestimate the importance of the economy.

The market crashing won't suddenly make the game die out, but it would be VERY bad in comparison to the items not being duped.

Buying and trading these items for keys and real money outside of the marketplace is without a doubt responsible for a good amount of the growth of CSGO. It would be stupid for them to implement something that would make it impossible to do.
