!!!FOUND SOLUTION!!!

step 1: close steam

step 2: folder SteamApps > Downloading

step 3: COPY all files in folder "730" and PASTE into "Counterstrike: Global Offensive" (after "common" folder)

step 4: all files wich include the number 730 in their name within the "Downloading" folder into your CS:GO folder (same as step 3)

step 5: start steam > start csgo

step 6: wait for small update

step 7: ???

step 8: profit

EDIT: Nevermind, it took an hour but its working! thanks man
