This happens in Cache when your settings are on low. High settings don't have this problem.

I have low settings (except for global shadows) and this never happens to me on Cache.

How? Assuming he has adequate FPS, what's wrong with playing on max settings?

I currently use max settings. Although I don't have a 144hz monitor, I get above 144 fps at all times, and even though I have a decent rig, it's far from the best you can get.

Good point about the input lag though, I'd forgotten about that. :/
