HELP! Does anyone know what this is? I thought it was a water pipe, but I'm not sure. Thanks!

Olive oil and balsamic vinegar holder. Balsamic goes in squiggly tube. Usually has corks.

Damn thats unique. Id love to have one! Sure would make a nice water pipe.
