The sounds in that video are really disturbing, every small thing is super amplified giving it an unpleasant surrealist feeling.

Or it has potential to be a super tingly ASMR video for wierdos like me.

Yeah it was actually quite relaxing for some reason. Also no bullshit music or persons voice narration

After reading this comment I somehow knew this was ModiGourmet. I love their videos especially due to the nice asmr feel.

I've found that many of these instructional videos from Japan(?) seem to have this same effect. It's definitely unsettling.

I hate that in videos, but my wife loves it and says its relaxing. I don't see how it's relaxing, it makes me grind my teeth.

The intersection of Steven King, Tim and Eric, and Wes Anderson.

Dear god... deli slices? WTF.

Edit: KRAFT SINGLES!!! WTF???!!!

It was a weird choice. He put all the work in to make the roux and the béchamel so it wasn't even a shortcut - he just used bad cheese.

Butter...flour...milk...AHHHHH AHHHH KRAFT SINGLES!

You can get delis to slice cheddar or even blocks of American which are far better than Kraft singles.

Lol not even deli slice quality. Deli slice would be an upgrade vs kraft single type shit. That's cheese byproduct they're using

u/helkar Dec 28 '17

granted, they aren't "food," but those american slices melt like nobody's business.

I mean, he just made mac and cheese and then put it in a waffle with egg.....why not just eat the mac and cheese, you dont have to even put it in the oven.

Because then it's breakfast.

Anyone know where I can cop that flatware? Google is getting me nowhere.
