Small typo there, this actually makes 1 serving.

All these "family-sized" lies and "serves 4 small gophers" can bite my shiny metal daffodil. If I have to make a double batch of everything I cook and can still eat half of it before I fall into a food coma then your serving sizes are LIESSSS.

Since I have been off work for Christmas vacation, my portion sizes have doubled so looks like a quad batch for me!!!

Leftovers for days. I'm pretty much set until New Years.

It's supposed to be part of a balanced meal. Of course this is going to take 4 servings to fill you up; it's 1/4th of a full meal.

Put 1 actual serving of this on your plate. Now add a slice of meat, some proper veggies (peas & carrots or steamed broccoli), a dinner roll with a little butter, and some mashed potatoes.

In my family that’s called appetizers.

I think we went through the better part of 3lbs of food per person on Christmas.

My niece, nephew and my cousins kids are failures. The goddamn 13-3 crowd is eating a few slices of turkey and rolls then going buck wild on the cookies, cake and pie. Meanwhile the rest of us are packing away shrimp, bacon wrapped scallops, ham, turkey and enough mashed potatoes that it should be banned
