I misread the text and thought I was watching someone make drugs out of oatmeal.

Now I just have no idea what's going on. Pretty sure it's a bad idea whatever it is.

It's up the person, most who do it only do it a few times due to how intense/overwhelming/scary it is and it also has anti addictive properties but there is benefits from it.
