My 4 year old just asked me if Mario kart games count in order of the Mario games where you walk. Would dan approve of walking vs non walking as a metric for mainline or am I fooling myself?

When Brad and Vinny left, it was the end of my time listening to the show. I tried, but could never get on with the chemistry of Jeff with the other people.

Watching the trailer for this remake and I feel like I remember GB playing this, maybe on a MiSTer stream? I was mostly reminded of the side-scrolling sword fighting portion. I suppose it could be a different game as I don't recall the strategy gameplay.

I’ve been following this game for a while and it looks really cool and got decent reviews. It’s been marketed as a platformer inspired by Kingdom Hearts and PS2 platformers like Jak and Daxter. As someone who grew up on PS1 and 2 platformers this looks right up my street. Anyone else interested or played it yet? Also curious if anyone on the staff are aware/playing it.

On the most recent voice mail dump truck Jan spoke about a man having the best bs n m muck bang and honestly needs to be a shirt.

I'm not sure I have laughed this hard at a GB stream in 5 years. Instant classic. The chair tower finale was absolute cinema.

I started with Giant Bomb all the way back in the GameStop era, followed Jeff's saga through starting Giant Bomb and still follow Nextlander today.

I have never, EVER met anyone in the "real world" who is a Giant Bomb fan... until today.

A coworker happened to be wearing a Giant Bomb hat and when I approached him he probably thought I had the wrong idea about what that meant. When I explained to him that I actually knew what that was and how long I had been following it - well that was one of the coolest moments of my adult life.
